Under an exclusive sell-side mandate, L3M Partners<\/a> represented a real estate fund in the sale of five residential buildings located in the La Feuill\u00e8re district of Lausanne (VD).<\/p>

Built in 2013, the properties comprise a total of 73 high-standard apartments. From a sustainability perspective, the buildings are Minergie certified and benefit from connection to the district heating network, as well as newly installed photovoltaic panels on the roofs of each building. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
