Club-deal acquisition led by L3M Asset Management SA

Since its launch in February 2023, L3M Asset Management SA has set out to strengthen its capacity to source new acquisition opportunities in order to develop its “Investment & Asset Management” activity. In this context, L3M Asset Management has completed its first club-deal transaction through the acquisition of a multi-tenant industrial and workshop building ideally located in the heart of the Champ-Colin industrial zone in Nyon (VD).

Investment structure

After identifying, negotiating and securing this opportunity, L3M Asset Management presented its strategy to qualified investors within its network. Once the equity required to finance the transaction had been raised, a dedicated investment vehicle was created to acquire and hold the asset.

Objectives

L3M Asset Management now acts as Asset Manager with the objective of implementing the strategy presented to investors, thereby achieving the targeted return and sustainability objectives. The building, renovated in 2022, still offers attractive medium-term optimisation potential.

L3M Asset Management now aims to build on this momentum and is seeking to acquire additional industrial properties located in French-speaking Switzerland, with a deal size of up to CHF 20’000’000.
