Nyon Real Estate Forum – 2nd edition

Last Thursday, we had the pleasure of co-organising, together with Raiffeisen Nyon-La Vallée, the 2nd edition of the Nyon Real Estate Forum at the Usine à gaz in Nyon.

More than one hundred real estate professionals from across French-speaking Switzerland gathered to discuss the major trends shaping the future of the sector and of our region.

On the agenda:

  • Jean-Baptiste Rogasik, Partner at L3M Partners, presented current trends in the investment property market.
  • Cosima Trabichet-Castan, real estate lawyer and Partner at EY, provided insights into regulation relating to energy renovation.
  • Michaël H. Robel, Real Estate Expert and Manager at Wüest Partner, delivered a detailed analysis of the French-speaking Swiss property market.
  • Daniel Borges, Member of the Executive Management and Head of the Corporate Segment at Raiffeisen Nyon-La Vallée, highlighted real estate perspectives in light of upcoming demographic changes.

These discussions confirmed that Nyon is set to become a key hub for real estate in French-speaking Switzerland. De ces échanges, il ressort que Nyon promet de devenir une place incontournable de l’immobilier romand.

We already look forward to seeing you in 2026 for the 3rd edition of the Forum.
