L3M Partners acted as exclusive advisor to a French-speaking Swiss real estate fund in the sale of a 77-unit residential building located in Chavannes-près-Renens (VD).
The building recently underwent a refurbishment of its envelope and the installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof. A connection to the district heating network can also be implemented shortly, enabling sustainable operation.
Following a two-round tender process, the property was acquired by a pension fund which, through this investment, is strengthening its portfolio of sustainable properties in French-speaking Switzerland.
