L3M Asset Management structures an industrial transaction in Morges

L3M Asset Management SA has completed the structuring of a new transaction involving an industrial building of around 7’000 sqm, located in the Riond-Bosson industrial area in Morges (VD). This transaction was carried out on behalf of a group of private investors.

A strategic asset at the heart of the Lausanne region

Ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the motorway network and the main economic hubs of western Lausanne, the building benefits from excellent accessibility. It offers a variety of spaces suitable for industrial, workshop or logistics activities, in a rapidly developing environment.

First transaction for L3M Asset Management SA

This acquisition marks the first transaction led by L3M Asset Management SA, an entity founded in 2025 to concentrate the group’s investment and asset management activities on industrial assets in French-speaking Switzerland.

In parallel with structuring the transaction, L3M Partners SA is handling the leasing of the property, in close coordination with the new asset management platform.
