Transaction involving an industrial site – Lancy

As part of our partnership with DBS Group, L3M Partners supported a private client under a sell-side mandate for the sale of an industrial building located on a 7,000 sqm plot in the municipality of Lancy.

The building, which is fully let to multiple tenants, offers attractive medium- and long-term optimisation opportunities. In addition, its strategic location close to the centre of Geneva and next to the Léman Express “Lancy-Bachet” station ensures sustainable rental demand for the owner.

Sale through a tender process

The sale was carried out via a structured two-round tender process launched with qualified investors. The acquisition was completed by an investment company specialising in industrial assets, which is strengthening its portfolio of properties in industrial zones in the Canton of Geneva through this investment.

L3M Partners would like to thank all partners involved in the success of this transaction.
